The Management Committee is responsible for the running of the kindergarten and is made up of parents whose children attend the kindergarten. Taking a position on the Committee is a rewarding experience which enables parents to participate in the day to day running of the kindergarten and work alongside the staff to ensure all obligations are met. The kindergarten legally requires a Committee to operate so if you are keen to share your skills and ideas, meet new people, be more involved in your child’s kindergarten life, as well as learn new skills and contribute to the local community, joining the Committee might be for you!
The Committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting each November and consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and 8 General Members. For Committee position descriptions and further information, click here.
